I have repeatedly requested them to provide me the invoice through X and email but unfortunately they are not providing it. They don’t have customer support team to help, their app is not able to send the invoice to my email. Their email is getting bounced. Please take strict action against this company and to operate in the country. By not providing the in invoices, they seems to be invading tax and doing financial fraud. My booking number was CRN11215646115.

Throughout the year your performance is dismal and yet you claim that we are developed city. Useless people working in the company - who doesnt come to work on time and deliberately cut the power to claim over time. If so much of maintenance and power cut is needed - what you guys are doing past 80 years and collecting so much of taxes?

Again, are you taking bills from the customers, do you give discount for not giving full service properly ? We pay so much of tax and in every few days we run into this issue because of incompetent bescom people. Horrible.
