@TheCanIsFull@cl0wntism Lol Procreate is the best option on iPad. CSP or IBIS ppl rly like, but imo they’re poorly optimized for iPad. Too many menu screens on CSP/IBIS that are annoying; Procreate is simplified & sucks for high-res art but it’s way more user friendly.
@feanorthinker@AllahPeno@buttholefactory Like “noodle” I guess refers to the shape, long and thin chewy starchy food, but I promise you will never hear anyone say “pasta noodles” over spaghetti, you’ll only hear “ramen noodles”, “rice noodles” etc
@feanorthinker@AllahPeno@buttholefactory I have never met anyone in my entire life that uses “noodles” except specifically to refer to like… ramen or beef stroganoff
@anarcho_slimer@ariesbbz I hate to break this to you but Brits also do not have a great global reputation lol. In fact, somehow even worse than Americans
@RubenFigueroa@RobElgasABC7 I don’t click on chat GPT links so I’ll take your word for it. Their lack of spectacular death I’ll go ahead and assume is bc they normally fly outside of the spectator box, so again idk what your point is here.
@RubenFigueroa@RobElgasABC7 Yeah, bc more people exist in Chicago than are in the potential crash zone of an air show? Especially one with a flyby that pretty clearly breaks FAA regulation. Repeat this maneuver/ flight profile and let’s see which is more dangerous per exposure
@Floridagirl0850@CattardSlim No they don’t lol, which is why this is currently under military review. That’s way too low/close during the knife’s edge. Mass fatalities from airshow crashes while flying way too close to spectators are exactly why it’s illegal
@theboywizard_ I hear ppl say this all the time & it drives me CRAZYYY lmao. I think it’s bc they don’t have a strong REGIONALIZED American accent, but a lot of ppl seem to think that means they don’t have one at all.
Like, if you speak A LANGUAGE you have AN ACCENT
@sabsplaything@Fearthecow93@Emmie_exx Yeah there’s clearly a huge spectrum. Someone w ADHD or Autism is prob not gonna require the same amount of accommodation as a paraplegic person, and likely all feel differently about their disability. But it’s not blasphemous to say “yeah if it was up to me i wouldn’t have this”
@brynnposting@tobito420@lostdest_aden@yura_burstgirl@geneigalactica ッ/っ is an alliteration marker; it doubles the consonant on the following kana. Ta-i-pu-shi-(t)to is the romaji for the kana syllabically. W/o ッ it’s closer to “she-toe” vs “shih-toe” kana English is pretty hard to guess generally tho, it doesn’t always follow the eng spelling
@Cindela_Oculary@theo_bruv@ZacharyBower1@odhdfigghiwdfdd@denimneverdies I mean American Protestants are always on some crazy bullshit, but aren’t Catholics literally the dogma guys? “the Pope is the representative of Christ” & religious dogma is Catholicism’s whole thing. Just bc modern Catholics don’t tend to be as fanatical doesn’t change that
@sabsplaything@Fearthecow93@Emmie_exx Yeah, you can simultaneously think we should make the world more accommodating for people with disability, and also think it’s usually preferable to not be disabled if that were an option. Like okay, you getting mad at me doesn’t change my opinion on my disability?
@phlegmme I got boo’d & all 3 ppl there said they were going home last weekend for putting on “Part of Your World” lmfao. But like, shut up??? Let me finish my ballad? I’ve been rehearsing for this
@what0kay@LEGOYoda0@ZinedineZ1D4N3@XivTroy@Gilbert950027 We clearly have a pretty high capability for forethought & social collaboration, but there’s nothing indicative other animals aren’t capable of this to varying degrees. If u wanna to go down a rabbit hole, the most complex non-human language we know of BY FAR is prairie dogs
