Gifts are the cheapest and easy way to show gratitude and love, no matter how expensive of course, The true act of showing gratitude is through LOYALTY and RESPECT. Remember that.

Dear Mallam Nasir @elrufai
Re: End the Ethnic Baiting Mallam
I write this letter with a deep sense of concern and responsibility, compelled by your recent statement in which you introduced a letter as quoting “an Igbo Nigerian” in a matter that is evidently and solely between your Fulani heritage and your Yoruba counterpart.
Sir, with all due respect, invoking ethnicity—especially that of a people not involved in the matter—is a dangerous and unnecessary path.
Your decision to begin your commentary by claiming the identity of an “Igbo Nigerian” in such a context comes across as a subtle form of ethnic baiting.
What makes this even more troubling is the fact that you did not have the decency or honesty to disclose the real name of this supposed individual. This obviously made up name Chuks Emeka calls the entire premise into question and casts doubt on your intentions.
Let it be made very clear: the blood of the Igbo people will no longer be sacrificed in disputes that do not concern them. The historical trauma of losing over three million lives to war, starvation, and political neglect remains an open wound for many Igbo families.
To now attempt to entangle the Igbo nation in a conflict that appears rooted in unresolved tensions between Fulani and Yoruba interests is not only insensitive—it is cruel.
If your grievances are with President @officialABAT, then I urge you to address them directly and candidly.
If there is a historical score to settle over Ilorin or any other issue, let it be confronted without dragging an entire ethnic group into a firestorm they did not ignite and have no interest in fueling.
Nigeria cannot afford another chapter of division stoked by careless rhetoric. Leaders like yourself are looked upon to build bridges, not dig trenches.
Please, end this calculated provocation.
Best regards,
Preacher

@AyshaHamman Our leader is our prophet (S.A.W), and he made it clear to all, that if he were to other someone one to prostate before anyone other than ALLAH, he would have ordered women to prostate to their husbands, because of the great right that Allah has made due to them from their wives.

They should absolutely wait until their early 50s if they want or even choose to go without men entirely. They're independent, powerful, and for most of them, turning 30 feels like being 15 again, especially considering their status in society. They still have over 30 years ahead to thrive, explore, and make choices that truly serve them. I'm genuinely rooting for them and no one should pressure them into anything.
30 is the new teenage era!🤭😊
PRESS RELEASE
UPDATE ON THE RECALL OF THE SENATOR REPRESENTING KOGI CENTRAL SENATORIAL DISTRICT
Further to the statement issued yesterday, Tuesday 25th March 2025, the Commission hereby confirms that the contact address of representatives of the petitioners, their telephone numbers and e-mail addresses have now been provided in a letter addressed to the Chairman of the Commission dated today Wednesday 26th March 2025.
As provided in Clause 2(a) of the Commission's Regulations and Guidelines for Recall 2024, a letter has been written to notify the Senator sought to be recalled about the receipt of the petition and delivered to her official address. The same letter has been copied to the presiding officer of the Senate and published on the Commission's website.
The next step is to scrutinise the list of signatories submitted by the petitioners to ascertain that the petition is signed by more than one half (over 50%) of the registered voters in the Constituency. This will be done in the coming days. The outcome, which will be made public, shall determine the next step to be taken by the Commission.
We once again reassure Nigerians that the process will be open and transparent.

X users are so used to hearing stories of struggle, people chasing early pay or living paycheck to paycheck, that when someone says, “I don’t need it yet, I still have enough to last two months,” it immediately feels like a lie to you.
You were expecting the assistant to come online crying about not being paid, just so you could drag him. Or maybe it’s hard to imagine that someone might feel the 26th is too early to receive their salary and actually choose when they want to be paid.
It’s bold of you to call it a lie when you’re neither the assistant nor a staff member in his company.
I genuinely hope that good things start happening to you if you deserve them, so you become a little less damaged and a lot more kind.

Fancy restaurants, boutique hotels, shopping mall sprees, and sharing receipts of their drink purchases at lounges and bars.
Yes, the removal of fuel subsidies and the flotation of the Naira have brought difficulties. But Tinubu is not a terrible President because you can no longer fund your luxuries.
Nigeria is not an oil rich nation. Saudi Arabia has a population of 35 million and makes $350 billion minimum annually from oil. That is $10,000 per citizen. Nigeria has a population of 220 million people and makes approximately $36 billion from crude annually. That is $150 per person. At 2.6 million people, Qatar has just one per cent of our population. Yet, their annual revenue is $68 billion. Two and a half times that of Nigeria.
If you want the naira to appreciate in value, instead of just shooting videos, do these twenty things.
1. Instead of MTN, Airtel or Etisalat, use Glo
2. Instead of Mercedes, Range Rover, or Honda, buy Innoson
3. Fly Air Peace over Air France, KLM, or Lufthansa
4. Bank at First Bank, UBA, GTBank, and Zenith over Stanbic
5. Watch AriseTV, Channels and NTA over Multichoice DSTV
6. Buy Dangote and avoid Chinese brands
7. Watch and buy Enyimba FC, Kano Pillars, and 3SC over Manchester United, Barcelona, PSG, and Napoli
8. Buy music of Nigerian origin from streaming sites instead of downloading foreign artistes
9. Patronise DAKOVA, Mai Atafo, Mudi Africa, and JADZ Couture (maker of my babanriga and agbada. Show her some love on +234 704 477 9973) over Armani, Gucci, Balenciaga, and Louis Vuitton
10. Drink palm wine over champagne, Hennessy, Scotch Whiskey, and Irish Cream
11. Shop with your local market woman instead of at Shoprite
12. Buy and eat only made in Nigeria rice, and let Thailand eat their rice
13. Consider cassava bread over bread made with foreign-grown wheat
14. Buy Zinox PCs, laptops, and tablets
15. Instead of Birdseye custard, Quaker oats, and Kellogg's cereals, drink akamu, pap, and ogi
16. Leave KFC, and patronise Mr Bigg's, Tantalizers, and Mama Put
17. Stop using Holland Wax, and imported George and wrapper. Use Kaduna textiles, aso oke, Akwete cloth, and other local textiles
18. Watch less Hollywood and Bollywood movies, and go for Nollywood and Kannywood
19. Holiday and honeymoon in Obudu Cattle Ranch, Yankari Games Reserve, Ikogosi Warm Springs, and attend Argungu Fishing Festival
20. Reject imported frozen fish, meat and dairy products and buy fresh produce from local producers
Nobody is coming to save Nigeria. Only Nigerians will save Nigeria. Local brands may or may not be as good as foreign ones, but with continued patronage, they will improve in quality. Buy them, and your Naira will rise along with your personal happiness and the international rating of the green Nigerian passport. Your value is tied to Nigeria's value. Buy Nigerian, and Nigeria's foreign reserves, trade balances, and debt-to-GDP ratio will automatically improve.

Congratulations, Tems, and thank you for bringing the Best African Music Performance Grammy back to Nigeria. It is so delightful that a proud Nigerian who always speaks well of her country has achieved the rare honour of being a double Grammy winner. We are happy for and with you, Tems. If only others can learn from you, they may have their own Grammy to boast of.

Try your best to see opportunities where others see obstacles. If there is hunger in your community, don't join everyone in complaining. That is focusing on obstacles. Instead, leave that community and go to the hinterland, where food is cheaper, and buy some for resale in your community or to other city dwellers at a profit. Mathematics teaches us that every problem has a solution—not some, not most, but every problem. Don't be part of the pollution in your society. Have a mindset reset and be solution-minded.
