By focusing on this insights and recommendations, the company can enhance its sales, ensure better sales representatives and branches performance and help the company drive growth.

Under tutelage at @VephlaUni I performed a sales performance analysis for Don Moore International group of companies for the year 2014.

Don Moore International group is a company with branches in various parts of the country selling various consumables.

2. Nancy Freehafer (The best performing rep)should be taken to the worst performing region (west region) to use her strategies in order to boost the sales there.

3. Jan Kotas(The worst performing sales person) should go work with Nancy Freehafer to learn how to boost his sales.

6. The branch company that made the most sales for the year is COMPANY D.

Recommendations:
1. Sensitazation should be organised for Cities with the lowest sales turn-up and products should be discounted for them to attract more buyers.

2. The best sales revenue was generated by branches in the North.

3. The highest sales was generated in the month of June.

4. New York is the best performing city by the number of sales they generated.

5. Coffee is the top performing product for the year 2014.
