Brokers implement token-bound accounts.

We hardened those using a freeze/unfreeze mechanism:

Broker owners must unfreeze a broker before they can transfer or trade them on 3rd party marketplaces (e.g. Opensea).

Buyers can then be sure to keep included stonks and earnings instead of risking to get them removed mid-trade.

Upon receival, they simply freeze them again to access the broker on much fun.

If something flops, no worries. A meme fails after 3 days not reaching graduation minimum. Backers can then refund.

Should they reach the graduation minimum, an extra 3 hours overtime gives new backers a chance to join in late and increase the pool size.

Upon graduation, Uniswap V4 pools are created.

Backers have immediate access to their tokens and to fees earned with this pool. Exclusively.

After 7 days, they may withdraw all assets from their pool share, as it's theirs.

This creates a time-range in which memes can prove themselves!
