@missamyjane1989 @HM_Passport We did get ours in the end! We drove, so we were a bit flexible with timings which was good. First time for my 4 month old twins to meet their family abroad! 💕

@missamyjane1989 @HM_Passport Yeah it's ridiculous. After chasing with 10+ phone calls, ours have now been sent and should be delivered tomorrow 🤞 let's hope so cause we're travelling tomorrow...

@HM_Passport Was told yesterday fast track application had been printed and would be picked up today to be delivered tmrw. Got this text earlier - how likely that it'll be here tmrw? We're supposed to travel in the eve.

@DBistacchi @HM_Passport We had the same issue with my sons' passports. Should have gotten them on Wednesday with fasttrack, have been pestering them for 2 days on phone and now been printed and sent but text still says will be with us "within a few working days". We're supposed to travel tomorrow too.

@missamyjane1989 @HM_Passport Ours was due yesterday, still not received and still stuck in processing. Make sure you claim your money back. We're supposed to travel on Saturday but don't think that will happen.....

@lewissaffin @ktmaxwell101 @HM_Passport Same for me! Got through to this number in 15 mins this morning, waited 3.5 hrs yesterday to speak to someone. I'm waiting for a call back too - joke though for the price you pay. Make sure to complain and request your money back!
