@SafestyleUKplc I cancelled my order on Friday. Reassured it was cancelled and the surveyor coming tomorrow. I get a text today saying they are coming out tomorrow? No acknowledgement of my cancellation via email and not told when my money will be refunded. Not impressed.

Cant access my PTA account via HMRC due verification. No one available to assist you apart from from links that tells you everything you've already tried. You either want your money or you don't? I cant be on the phone any longer paying more unnecessary money. @HMRCcustomers

@HMRCcustomers I wanted to check my tax code and details were correct for my second job as I have had a letter through to owe money. Also wanted to pay the money if correct.

@HMRCcustomers I was told to go through the post office they need two identity passes.i have a driving licence for photo proof.. it's not accepting my phone number for phone contract. I don't have a passport and it hasn't even asked me for assessment information to further continue.

@HMRCcustomers Yes I have done this multiple times. It will not verify my phone contract eith the number I obviously have used as my phone now to receive codes. I have no valid passport. Only a driving licence. This still will not work as it isn't enough?
