@ThomsonCares thankyou very much Gemma I will do that today

[Les @mud_les]

@ThomsonCares I have spent a fortune with @ThomsonHolidays in the past 5 year and the first time I am unhappy I am insulted and ignored

[Les @mud_les]

@ThomsonCares with the greatest of respects that is a complete lie. If anyone looked at my complaint they would see this isn't the case

[Les @mud_les]

@ThomsonCares used Thomsons every for the past 5 year with no other holiday company to be treat like dirt the first time I have a complaint

[Les @mud_les]

@ThomsonCares I have responded to my email twice and received the same reply. Called a liar and told they won't change their stance

[Les @mud_les]

@ThomsonCares do you mean raise the issue with the same department ? [email protected] ?

[Les @mud_les]

@ThomsonCares Hi Sophie thank you very much for the reply. Yes and I was simply fobbed off and called a liar. 5k spent this year alone 😥
