Wake up around 5 AM.
Take 20–30 min to freshen up.
Then give 8 focused hours to your work, with 60–90 minute gaps between work.
By 3 PM, your 8 hrs of work are done.
After 3PM, rest of the day is yours — read, meet, walk, lift weight, create, rest, love, live.
Sleep at 10 PM.
You can't have real stability in life through money, a job, property, or power.
Real stability is having a calm core within, while knowing the outside world is always malleable.
Shed every fear, every conditioning, and then you move like your original self.
No copying. You live like no one else has lived.
Totally original you, not a copy of others created by fear and conditioning.
Your authentic self will fuel you with abundance of love.
This is the first time I've observed it: mountain people are really calm, not because they meditate.
Mountains punish people in a hurry. You have to walk slowly beside trenches, and that's enough to make you peaceful.
In the plains, we can afford to be in a hurry .
Mountain people don't live long because of diet. They live long because they're trekking all day.
The secret of longevity is not in the Mediterranean diet. It's in the Mediterranean terrain.
@thehighmuse@4godswork trekked to waterfall of rosh. friends were exhausted for trekking of kutla, so we just walk around eat and hash. Hash was really good, smelled good.
Experience was really good. People in remote mountains have peaceful face. Even dogs there was at peace. Lol
@thehighmuse@4godswork Thanks a lot for sharing your knowledge.
Been to Tosh and smoked hash for 5 days continuous there.
Really good experience.
got good hash in Tosh.
The joints gave me a lot of valuable insights and helped me see many of the circles of life we get entangled in.
Don't take validation by Geeta, Upanishads ,purana or even by god's words.
What you want to do, do it without seeking validations. Play the game of world without becoming part of it. Remain detached, aware and play the game fully present.
