They want better for themselves opposed to following the traditional social script.

@imnickintl I'd be curious what boundaries you put in place - I struggled with this for 15 years in corporate until I realized I had much to do with the problem. You have to be so deliberate with going "off-line" during breaks. So many layers nowadays.

Not sure if it's a fluke or not but I called them twice today & BOTH times a Bahamian human picked up very quickly & was pleasant, knowledgeable & extremely helpful & efficient.
