@MedicMacFly @bfeiny I would applaud you if you can achieve that feat, in our area the major EMS system has about 200 paramedics, and other local services makes the paramedics number well over 500.

@Nursing_Heretic @bfeiny Last one that comes to mind is trismus in a stroke patient, I didn’t think it warranted a cric but due to needing suction/airway mgmt it warranted an ETT, unfortunately without paralytics ketamine can only do so much. Immediate RSI at receiving.

@EM_RESUS My wife and I before dating worked an ambulance together, we had a CPR save, she gives me crap bc I was gathering PMH after having started everything and got ROSC while I was in the other room.

@emergcasey There have been a few times where I’ve called in 2-3 times with no answer and at that point, good luck. Or been 2 minutes out with a trauma and all they get is “level 1 trauma alert, 2 minutes out”.
