@tomhigley Yes. In India we say: 1. if you love your body do yoga. 2 if you love life (Prana) do breath medi. 3. If you love your soul do focus meditation, and 4. If you want to know truth of life (some say God) do surrender meditation. I divide between all four.

We should develop algorithms to measure depth. We are done with metrics on breadth no. of likes or connections etc.. For eg.
LinkedIn: how deep is the knowledge of a skill.
Twitter: how deep is the knowledge of political issue.
Facebook: number of friends with deep relationships.
