@flightradar24 interesting to see a Antonov an-26B flying up from Spain across the uk, following the Irish Sea and up to Scotland so late at night. Flew over the house, very loud and noticeable rumble. Wonder what it’s up to ?

@VirginAtlantic @HollyBranson 2/2 headcount’s. Only offered a glass of warm water after 2 hrs 50 minutes of waiting in our seats as told, before eventually taking off from Bahamas to Heathrow. Not the very best of experiences for first time flying with virgin I have to say, not impressed.

Key thing in this flowchart = a well outpatient without AKI who has potassium 6.3mmol/L on routine bloods can be managed as an outpatient

(yes they need prompt review, repeat bloods and some thought - but what they don’t need is a repeat test in ED at 3am)
