Dear @airindia , I need urgent help! My wife's return flight BLR-ZRH (Apr 2nd) was cancelled without clarity and communication. I called to change the date, received a payment link, but decided against it. Looks like this cancelled my original ticket without informing me! No email, no warning. She has to travel on April 2nd. I now have to buy new tickets for my wife. I have been struggling with the Customer Support to make any progress on this for the past 2 days. This is unacceptable. I demand reinstatement or new tickets ASAP. #AirIndia #TravelNightmare #ConsumerRights

@OnSpectra one of the worst internet providers faced ever. 5 times link down in last 6 weeks taking days to rectify, my WFH is taking a huge toll. You are losing a 2 year old customer die to this pathetic service!! I had moved from Act now planning to go back!!
