Not able to understand what @FinMinIndia @IncomeTaxIndia really want.
We are not asking for waiver of taxes, we are simply asking for two basic things:
1️⃣ A working portal
2️⃣ Reasonable time to do quality work

None of these demands are unreasonable.
But they chose to ignore us.
Thanks to the courts, they will now have to issue an extension notification.
Fingers crossed �� as we all know how much they hate professionals...

To My CA Fraternity
We the Chartered Accountants of India have come together for a common cause extension of the TAR due date.
Whether the dates will ultimately be extended or not is for the authorities to decide but one thing is certain our demand is genuine and rooted in ground reality..
We urge the authorities to believe us when we say that the pressure on each and every professional is real not fabricated.
This is not about convenience..
CAs are well equipped and meticulous in our work.
The challenge arises only because the time available is far too short to handle the sheer volume, overlapping compliances and mounting stress in this compressed compliance season
Article 21 of the Constitution ensures every citizen a life of dignity, free from undue stress and deprivation of basic human needs like sleep.
The current TAR timelines impose mental stress and sleepless nights on the CA fraternity..
We appeal to the Hon’ble authorities to take note of this reality and grant a much needed extension..

In the Gujarat HC judgment (SCA No.15075/2015)

‘CBDT shall henceforth ensure that ITR utilities are ordinarily available on April 1 of the AY.’

CBDT never followed this court order since 10 years. Isn’t this amounts to contempt?

अभी नारायण मूर्ति बहुत ख़ुश होंगे

उनकी कंपनी infosys के वक्त से ITR फॉर्म नहीं जारी करने की वजह से अब सब CA वीक में 100 घंटे की जगह 120 घंटे काम कर रहे है, Tax Audit के लिए

और वो भी 1 Sept से, पिछले 20 दिन से

वो बात अलग है की इनके ख़ुद के स्टाफ़ वीकेंड पर पोर्टल बंद करके घर भाग जाते है और वीक में 50 घंटे भी सही से पोर्टल चला नहीं पा रहे है

ITR और Tax Audit में सिर्फ 15 Day का टाइम दिया है, 15th Sept to 30th Sept

1) उसमे भी GSTR 3B जाएगा 20th को

2) उसके बाद 22th Sept से GST Rate में बड़ा बदलाव है, तो उसके लिए क्लाइंट अपने CA/Advocate को बार बार फ़ोन करके उसके बारे में डिस्कस करेगा और CA/ Advocate को भी सब GST Rate देखना समझना होगा

इसलिए 30th Sept तक Tax Audit होना पॉसिबल ही नहीं है,

इसलिए आपसे ��िवेदन है की Tax Audit Due Date को Extend कर दो कम से कम 2 महीने के लिए और इसका नोटिफिकेशन अभी जारी करने की कृपा करे
