I would say please focus on core services before revolutionizing the world. Just horrible rental experience with unsafe drivers. #uber is far better.

@ola_supports Hey Team, it’s time to act immediately now. We booked the most expensive Ola service, thinking it would be safe, and we are stuck for about 45mins in this shitty experience, where we are billed 3x than original price, no one is calling and there is no action; we will report this!

@ola_supports - I just did a ride of rental and there is extra 126.2km that is reported. The cost is 3x to what is genuine.

@banglani My experience with this segment is - more than the returns, it’s about holding someone responsible for the returns and get that pressure of money management out of one’s mind specifically with folks wanting to put more than 50L.
