@RBI@amazonIN Amazon is not letting to use Pay Balance and not refunding to Bank Account as well. They are telling they updated policy recently and you have to recharge your pay balance to the full amount to use that, they updated the policy without any communication and not raising a complain
@RBI , @amazonIN customer care says, they don't have any ombudsman and they won't provide a solution for the problem. Your portal won't accept complaints until submitted first on Amazon. And Amazon Grievance team, closes the case saying that we need to contact customer care...
@AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, can we please get the TT's be a bit more respectful when RAC passengers are asking for berth in the night time. They simply serve who can bribe them and shout on the people who are politely asking for berth.

@AmazonHelp This order was 1 day delivery and it's 10th day and only time is been given till now. They told 3 days, but seller already confirmed that they will not do anything. My request to Amazon is to bar such sellers

@AmazonHelp Social media team didn't help apart from doing the same thing. seller is calling me and talking in rude language, but not accepting the cancellation
