@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Thank U for forcing me to regularly follow up (3 months) with customer care. I did not opt for the same in my pack , is it by default in my monthly pack? I guess the entire technical has joined @reliancejio making @airtelindia technically paralysed.

@ola_supports booked ola outstation yesterday to be scheduled for today . Got confirmation call from ola yet the cab is not arrived .Have train from Delhi for onward journey to Mumbai. Kindly revert whether the cab will arrive as per schedule or at last moment it will get cancel

@RaichuraVidhi @airtelindia The biggest irony is that time of a professional or for that matter, any personnel gets wasted in unwarranted rigorous follow-ups.

Replaced the Old SIM with the new one, yet the new Sim could not get activated, all because SIM card no. was not matching with the SIM allotted to me and the SIM no. inserted by Gallery personnel was not matching. How many time one should visit the gallery @airtelindia

@muditbhansali @airtelindia I recently had the same issue with Airtel, took me quite some time and long customer care calls to resolve the issue. @airtelindia why is the service deteriorating ? It’s like one negative marking in the minds of your loyal customers.
