@Chubb How can I provide an IBAN when it is not used in India.

My claim amount has been approved but the customer care is saying that they cannot transfer the fund to an Indian account.
It's been more than 2 months and no alternate payment method has been found by Chubb.

The payout amount under this claim id has been approved and chubb France asked me my bank account details.
As I am from India I provided my bank acc details but instead of settling the claim I was told they cannot settle to an Indian bank acc and need IBAN
