I recently attempted to do a reference sheet for one of my characters and I experienced 2% of the pain professional artists probably endure. It looked something like this but 10x harder since I wasn't just drawing a ball.
@LockMace like a simple rpg or tower defense? That could be good. I also like a bunch of platformer games so I could make a simple thing for that. As long as I code something it’s a start.
@LockMace I like coding in general (at least from my experience with it in school/college), but for some reason figuring out what I’d wanna program or code from scratch is the weirdest rut ever. Feels like I’ve just been doing coding in a vacuum and have no practical experience(?)
yo whoever wanted lancer in the ama and deleted their comment I wasn't tryna ignore you I just felt like waiting until I got settled in my apartment to do it digitally.
But I probably should've said something in advanced sorry about that.
@DeltaMudkip Haven’t been playing much games recently but the ones I think about are Battle Cats, Kirby, Ultrakill, UTDR, Rainworld, and Hollow Knight/Silksong. Some less popular ones I really liked too: Baba is You, Tunic, Bug Fables. I’m struggling to juggle >1 hobby lol. Am mostly drawing.
the mega mudkip was originally gonna be more of a water rescue themed design with a lifesaver like the beta mudkip, but it looked kinda awkward on him so he just became a super axolotl instead cause I liked a bunch of stuff about axolotls I was looking up to write the desc about.
