@CityOfNorthVan Can you please share the plan for construction around 3rd and Forbes? It appears the roadwork during the day has stopped but last night (oct 22) there was very loud road work at 11 pm - no notice given to residents of the area.
@BCFerries I have a reservation tomorrow, Fri Aug 2, 2:25pm HSB to Langdale - If there is traffic down to the ticket booths will there be people letting those with reservations through? Or should I arrive extra early?
@MicrosoftHelps@Microsoft Our business account was hacked and taken over by someone pretending to be in our business and noone will help us, we are being asked to get a notraized letter but we got the domain in 2021 - shouldn't the hackers have to prove with a letter?
@slonser_ We had our domain hacked (very easily it seems) and taken over by someone that is not in our business and Microsoft won't give it back to us unless we have a notarized letter (expensive), even though we started the domain in 2021 and have proof of that. Do you have any tips?
@AIRMILES I experienced an involuntary change with a flight, and after 10 days of waiting for Airmiles to identify options, I was put on a connecting flight. Now there is adirect flight but Airmiles won't move me though my ticket has changes allowed! Please help!

@WestJet is your check in on app broken? I cannot upload or scan passports or PR cards, including Canadian passports. I want to be able to check in before airplane as I have a toddler. This is a waste of my time.
.@AirCanada I have not heard back from Baggage Claim since June 6, nor received replies from your team on twitter since June 17. I need help resolving a very damaged bag issue ASAP. I am getting tweets from fake Air Can accounts but not your team - embarrasing!
@AirCanada the response I received from the claims team and your twitter team on June 14 is that the Claims team would follow up with me, which they have not. This is what I am waiting for, I know you cannot overrule them, I am not expected that.
@AirCanada Please provide me with next steps to connect with an agent on a baggage claim. I have not heard back since June 6th and my issue has not been resolved. I have made multiple attempts all have been ignored.
