The Majlis and Majlis Ulamaa of Jamia Mosque Nairobi, together with the Chairman, convey their deepest condolences on the passing of Hon. (Mr.) Justice Mohammed Kadhar Ibrahim, Judge of the Supreme Court of Kenya and Commissioner of the Judicial Service Commission (JSC).

We mourn the loss of a distinguished jurist whose life was marked by integrity, wisdom, and dedicated service to justice and the rule of law in our country. His contribution to Kenya’s jurisprudence and to the strengthening of the Judiciary will be remembered with great respect and gratitude.

We extend our heartfelt sympathies to Hon. Justice Martha K. Koome, EGH, Chief Justice and President of the Supreme Court of Kenya and Chairperson of the Judicial Service Commission, his beloved wife, children and relatives, as well as to the entire Judiciary and the Judicial Service Commission during this moment of immense loss.

We pray that the Almighty grants the late Hon. Justice Mohammed Kadhar Ibrahim His infinite mercy, forgives his shortcomings, grants him Jannatul Firdaus, and grants patience, comfort, and strength to all those he has left behind. Ameen.
