I associate my fatness with masculinity unfortunately. I don't think i can ever view myself as girly or feminine until im small. :( a girly girl wouldn't have fat leaking out from her gut, or eat copious amounts of food enough to feed an army. Im so manly
asking me ‘how do you eat all that for breakfast and not gain weight’ and it’s 200g of chicken breast, two eggs and some veg. literally 380 cals but ok
@poacherspride2@bedsux you have a lot of followers from edtwt pre recovery, if you have the intention to not be on edtwt that doesn’t mean you won’t appear on it. there are things you can do to avoid being on edtwt, such as not interacting with it at ALL (including positive accs), or creating a new acc
@bedsux@poacherspride2 the thing about the nsfw isn’t necessarily about minors, it’s about bringing weirdos to edtwt, where a lot of people despite not being minors may be vulnerable due to their mental state. everyone says edtwt isn’t safe for minors, that’s not the point people are generally making
the amount of women saying B and especially C is so blackpilling 💀 men would never praise the female equivalent of a chubby body with cellulite but women are always praising hairy “dad bods”
part of why i’ll never understand the fatness = blackness is so many africans prefer a lean and lithe look. look at this based villager shaming and mogging this gymbro. what a lion
#lovetoseeit
i can’t tell if i have body dysmorphia or not
i’ve had to eat more because of exams and my progress has slowed so much
i dont even feel disordered
i want my exams to be over so i can start starving and exercising at the same time again
@sekitsuii the peanut butter my mum uses is ghanian pb. i went to go make a ph sandwich with it because i wanted to try one, opened the jar, smelt it and was like this is NOT what i expected so i put it back and havent touched it since.
it’s for cooking not sweet stuff
@marquisadeshade 43kg is only a healthy bmi at 152cm or below, which 95-99% of women in the west are taller than so yea it is enough of an outlier to not be considered and is generally an unhealthy weight for grown women
@finnius_winnius@strawberirexi2 yea that’s the whole reason why i talk about this a lot, if people believe they will lose 5kg in a week because someone else did it can put them at so much risk, if i didnt know how the maths worked i’d end up starving and getting 40k steps a day and fainting to achieve it!
i swear you have to have an insanely high sw for these diets because nobody below bmi 70 even with an insane amount of exercise would lose 5kg of fat or muscle after starving for a week
@finnius_winnius@strawberirexi2 to calculate the lowest bmi that would result in losing 5kg a week i used a tdee calculator to find the weight that would give me a tdee of 5500 cals a day as that’s how much you’d need to burn whilst starving to lose 5kg
as 7700 * 5 / 7 = 5500
the weight correlated to bmi 70
@finnius_winnius@strawberirexi2 i didnt pull bmi 70 out of nowhere btw i used a bmi calculator with my height (as i’m taller than 93-95% of women so that already makes it lower) and found the bmi with the tdee that matches the calories i’d have to burn every day with heavy exercise to lose 5kg in a week
