Tehseen Poonawalla is absolutely right & must be supported by everyone univocally on this issue. If you don’t support him, you risk your valuable vehicles which are at risk now.
The forced E20 ethanol blending policy has become a textbook case of conflict of interest, lack of transparency, and disregard for the common citizen. How people of India are being treated as Guinea pigs for trials and how their only precious asset a 2,3 or 4 wheeler is risked is appalling, brazen and shames less and that to benefit Mr Gadkari’s son 😡
While Union Minister Nitin Gadkari aggressively pushes mandatory E20 — claiming it helps farmers and cuts imports — his own sons reportedly have direct business interests in ethanol distilleries that have seen massive revenue surges.
Petroleum Minister Hardeep Singh Puri defends it by comparing our daily drivers to racing cars and downplays mileage drops, engine wear, and the complete absence of consumer choice.
This is unacceptable.
Citizens have every right to choose between E20 and regular petrol. Old cars, new cars, bikes — all are being forced into an untested rollout without proper public disclosure of ARAI reports or impact studies.
When policy benefits connected businesses while harming vehicle owners and wallets, accountability must follow.
Let’s take a note of the fact that ICICI Lombard has refused to settle claims for issues related to vehicle damages in this context.
Tehseen’s demand is fully justified — Nitin Gadkari and Hardeep Singh Puri must be sacked, without further delay.
The people of India deserve transparency, choice, and ministers who put the nation before family business interests.

Toyota said that Manish Kashyap's car was not damaged because of E20 petrol, but because the petrol was contaminated.
Now, Manish Kashyap has challenged the government and Toyota.
Who makes petrol?
Who approves a petrol pump?
Who delivers petrol?
How do we know a trusted petrol pump?
Who do import export?
Mr. Vikram Gulati, you promised a mileage of 23 km/l for the Innova Hycross. Take my car and use it for a month, and deliver even 20% less than the promised mileage on E20 petrol.
Grateful 🙏 We have 4 demands
* Availability of E0 E5, E10 & E20 blended fuels !
* all documents wrt E20 including ARAI report in Public domain
* solution for pre 2023 vehicles damged
* no future rollout without 360°infrastructure being ready.

On 5 July, at approximately 21:09 hours, at Inorbit Mall, the driver of a car bearing registration number MH02BJ9778 was driving at high speed on the wrong side of the road. He hit an elderly man and struck me.The car had tinted windows, and the number plate not HSRP-compliant.

BIG NEWS 🚨 Union Minister Nitin Gadkari reveals plans for a 15% isobutanol blending in diesel.
"Ethanol can't be blended directly with diesel, so we're producing isobutanol from ethanol"
"Isobutanol can serve as an alternative to diesel"
"We've successfully run two generator sets on 100% ethanol and isobutanol"
"This proves engines can be built to operate on these fuels"
In a bizarre administrative anomaly that has left the local health department scrambling for answers, a proposed 100-bed civil hospital in #Indore's Khajrana area has been fully functioning "on paper" for six years, despite not having a single brick laid, or even a finalized plot of land.
Six years ago, #MadhyaPradesh state government announced the setting up of a modern civil hospital in Khajrana.

The silence surrounding the brutal five-day gang-rape of an innocent 13-year-old girl by 30 men in Ganganagar is absolutely deafening.
There are no protests, no mainstream news broadcasts and no trending topics on X for an act so monstrous.
It raises a disturbing question: is the public and media look the other way purely because this happened under a BJP administration?
Everything is allowed under BJP watch?

There is no proper accounting of the funds and jewelry received as donations in the *hundi* (offering box) of the Shri Ram Temple in Ayodhya, and there is a distinct possibility of embezzlement. The Special Investigation Team (SIT) probing the matter confirmed this in its preliminary report, and some accused individuals were arrested. I had wanted to write about this since the news first broke, but I was waiting to see how the case unfolded and what lay beneath the headlines.
The country's Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, has maintained his characteristic silence on this issue. It is not just Shri Narendra Modi; not a single minister in the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government has uttered a word about it. Do those who ascended the throne of power in the name of Lord Ram feel nothing about this embezzlement? Has the constant stealing of MPs, MLAs, and office-bearers from other parties made them so habituated to theft of donations made by devotees at the Lord's doorstep? Or is Lord Ram being pushed back into exile because in 2024 people rejected the BJP in Ayodhya?
When the Ram Temple was built in Ayodhya, crores of Hindus across the country experienced immense joy. Hindus had harbored a deep sense of anguish since, Centuries ago, a mosque had been erected after demolishing the temple at the birthplace of the ‘Maryada Purushottam’ (the Ideal Man). In the 1980s, the Vishwa Hindu Parishad and other organizations launched the Ram Janmabhoomi movement. Hindus across the nation rallied behind this movement to uphold their cultural and religious identity. Ordinary Hindus provided financial support. ‘Kar Sevaks’ offered their service, and countless even sacrificed their lives for the cause. The memory of their bodies floating in the Sarayu River remains vivid to this day.
This movement did not belong to any single organization, nor was it solely the Bharatiya Janata Party's (despite their claims to the contrary); Shiv Sainiks participated in large numbers. Indeed, they were at the forefront. Yet not a single leader at the time, not even Balasaheb, sought to claim credit for this movement of Hindu resurgence.
Eventually, the Supreme Court delivered its verdict, clearing the path for the construction of the Ram Mandir at the site of the mosque. However, when the time came for the ‘Pran Pratishtha’ (consecration) of Ram Lalla, the Prime Minister performed the rituals alone; no one else was present in the sanctum sanctorum. If you claim exclusive rights over the deity, do you not also bear the responsibility to address the misappropriation of funds and to reassure the people?
Fundamentally, the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya belongs to the crores of Hindus, Sadhus, saints, and Kar Sevaks of this country. When people offer money, jewelry, or gold, whether as a donation or an act of faith, those offerings carry the scent of hard-earned sweat and are imbued with the sanctity of devotion. Countless women devotees, when they offered gold and jewelry, may have parted with their personal assets passed down through generations. This was an expression of gratitude by devotees who believed that everything they possessed was due to the grace of Shri Ram.
However, there is one thing I fail to understand: it is said that life is infused into the stone idols of our gods and goddesses during their consecration. Why, then, do the celestial weapons held by these deities - such as swords, bows and arrows, maces, and the chakras - not deal with these monsters of men? Or has the ‘stone’ been infused into the devotees themselves? I believe this incident has once again made devotees realize that the offerings made with such faith do not reach the deity but instead line the pockets and fill the bellies of the trustees and priests. Worship the gods and goddesses, certainly, but do not worship these trustees or those who engage in politics through this medium, and do not place any offerings in their hands.

Indian Railways seriously needs a blacklist system, like airlines have, to ban such passengers for a certain period
