Still sectioned and I am in desperate to know how much weight am I right now.

I have been restricting a lot in here psych ward. I’m wondering how much kg did I lose. But I have a feeling I still haven’t lost any because I feel so giant and big.

There is weight scale in psych ward but problem is I don’t want them to know what’s my weight is because I’m so embarrassed of my weight. So I’ll weigh myself when I get discharged from psych ward.

I did OMAD each day while in psych hospital and I did body checks on my legs and I think I have lost some of weight.

I’m in psych ward, I am loosing weight due to sleeping too much during the daytime due to medication changes and my brain’s too foggy.
