I spoke to a Palestinian brother today and he said when he woke up he thought Aljazeera had been hacked!

He said look how colonised we have become that we can’t entertain the possibility that, after being on the receiving end of countless genocidal extermination attempts and ongoing ethnic cleansing for decades, we could fight back.

Some people might be critical of Palestinians resisting, but here are some simple truths:

You’re not there. You haven’t been subjugated in “the world’s largest concentration camp” for three generations. You haven’t had your ancestral homes taken; your businesses, livelihoods, farms, family heirlooms, children’s toys…. You haven’t been given the choice to either die on your feet or live on your knees.

They have their mashaikh. They have their fuqahā. They have their reasons for action and inaction; for war and for ceasefires. While you don’t have to agree with everything everyone does - you don’t have to open your mouth against someone whose reality you don’t know. Go and learn the history of the issue if you want to comment.

Palestine is one front line of the entire Ummah and Palestinians are in our prayers. Allah give them victory over their oppressors, and give all the oppressed Muslims the same—whether they are in Kashmir, East Turkestan, India, Syria, Myanmar, Yemen, or anywhere else in the world.

@sondesix I guess it depends on how deep you are in the apple ecosystem. If you only use an iphone, I believe it’s still easy to switch. It becomes harder when you start using other apple services/devices along side the iphone.
