In 2025, @kudanai of Intellea & @aboshafyu of Akuru Type submitted the proposal to encode the symbol in Unicode, the proposal was endorsed by MMA.

This new academic resource, authored by Ahmed Fayaz Hassan, Senior Curriculum Developer at the Institute for Academic Development, is a valuable addition to research methodology literature in the Dhivehi language. The book is designed to help students in higher education better understand complex research concepts.
