@wnyakera@KipLecturer They will not unless the government stops borrowing. Banks are profit making entities and will go for the most optimal revenue maximization model that has the least risk exposure. Perharps a goverent fund to offer lower loans like a mortgage fund would suffice

@ehdande This is assuming the valuation is the only major conflict point. I bet other issues are, secondary, and can be sorted out if you both agree on the value of your stake and what you want to do with it going forward.
@ehdande Agreed. No business should be strangled to death. All efforts must be to support recovery. Why don't both parties agree to do a current valuation through a neutral valuer, or if none, each party nominates one. Then, you use the average valuation from both as the pricing basis.
@ehdande If the contention is the value of your stake, why don't you both parties look for a neutral valuer to do the valuation and arrive at the value that is comfortable to both parties and from there the negotiations can be on discount or premium and the payment terms?
@ehdande With many home buyers & property investors having gone through terrible losses in the past from properties with issues, I believe it should be to the benefit of all of you parties to resolve whatever issues that are there, in time and amicably so as not to lose market confidence
