When Rt. Hon. Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, former Governor of Sokoto State and one of the most experienced political actors in Nigeria, visits Atiku Abubakar alongside former Minister of Transport, Yusuf Sulaiman Dan Amar, Hon. Bashir Gidado, and Hon. Comr. Bashir Gorau, it sends a message beyond Sokoto. It tells Nigerians that the ADC presidential project is gaining structure, weight and political seriousness.

This is what many people fail to understand about 2027. Elections are not won only by noise on social media. They are won by alliances, networks, grassroots movement, state actors, federal constituency structures, local government mobilizers, respected political figures and people who can carry a message from the top table to the polling unit.

That is why this visit matters.

Atiku Abubakar is not entering 2027 as a man searching for relevance. He is entering as a national political figure with deep roots, tested networks and the capacity to bring different forces together. The more respected leaders and grassroots actors gather around him, the clearer the message becomes: the ADC is not playing decoration politics. It is preparing for a serious national contest.

For Sokoto and the wider Northwest, this kind of alignment carries meaning. Tambuwal understands the politics of Sokoto. Yusuf Sulaiman understands federal-level power. Bashir Gidado and Bashir Gorau represent active political channels linked to constituencies and communities. When such figures appear in one frame with Atiku, the message is simple: conversations are moving, structures are aligning, and the road to 2027 is becoming clearer.

This is how momentum is built.

Not by empty hashtags alone. Not by insults. Not by wishful thinking. But by steady visits, quiet negotiations, strategic alignment, political reassurance and grassroots preparation.

ADC supporters must now understand the assignment. Every serious visit must become a message. Every message must become mobilization. Every mobilization must become structure. Every structure must become votes.

This is the time to move from excitement to organization. The North must hear the message. The South must hear the message. Young people, women, traders, farmers, workers, students, professionals and religious communities must all understand that 2027 is not just another election. It is a chance to rescue Nigeria from hunger, insecurity, economic confusion and the broken promises of the Tinubu administration.

The people are tired. The country is under pressure. The cost of living has entered every home. Nigerians are looking for a political vehicle strong enough to challenge APC and serious enough to govern differently.

ADC must become that vehicle.

The prayer is simple: may Allah grant victory, strength and advantage to the movement that can restore hope, dignity and direction to Nigeria.

Very soon, the crisis between the Nafi’u Bala Gombe faction and the David Mark-led faction will finally come to an end. After deep reflection and careful consideration, I have decided to bring this entire saga to a close for the good of our country.

Nafi’u Bala and I had an understanding that once this case reached the Supreme Court, he would either resign or align with the David Mark-led faction, because both of us knew he had already resigned from his position. Unfortunately, that agreement was not honored.

As a result, I have decided that this week I will reveal everything that happened during my time as the National Youth Leader of his faction.

I can no longer continue living under threats from Nafi’u Bala Gombe. I am tired. Nigeria deserves peace, stability, and honest leadership above personal interests and political games.

To my fellow Nigerians, I sincerely apologize for my role in conspiring with Nafi’u Bala. I deeply regret my actions and take full responsibility for them. History will judge us all, but I believe it is never too late to choose what is right.
