@SharafDG I preordered an iPhone 17 Pro Max well before its launch date on September 13, 2025, with a promised delivery date of September 19, 2025. Prebooking was supposed to ensure delivery on launch day, but two weeks later, I still haven't received my phone.

We requested to cancel a credit card on 4th September 2025 and did multiple calls to call center they said will receive call back in 5 Business days its been arround 20 days now the card is not cancelled @centralbankuae

@CentrepointME Worst Service.. after so many complaints for wrong order and after picking up they are not responding and the closing all complaint related to it without any resolution or confirmation. Worst untrained or illiterate staff.
