FlokiUltras3 is the third installment of Floki’s legendary guerrilla marketing competition where creativity meets chaos and the streets become your battlefield. The mission? Spread the Floki name in the real world using the most original, unforgettable, and daring marketing tactics you can dream up.

From murals to street stunts, billboards to flash mobs, the Floki community has already proven it’s a force to be reckoned with. Now it’s your turn to make history.

With a massive $69,000 USDT prize pool up for grabs, it's time to take your idea from concept to conquest.

The competition will run from July 14th through September 15th 6pm UTC (2 months).

Joining this competition is quite simple and requires only a few steps:
1. Record a video of your real world marketing activity that you did for Floki.

FlokiUltras3 Prize Pool – 69,000 USDT
- 1st place: 15,000 USDT
- 2nd place: 11,000 USDT
- 3rd place: 8,000 USDT
- 4th place: 7,000 USDT
- 5th place: 6,000 USDT
- 6th place: 5,000 USDT
- 7th place: 4,500 USDT
- 8th place: 3,500 USDT
- 9th place: 2,500 USDT
- 10th place: 1,500 USDT
- 11th–20th place: 500 USDT each 

How winners will be determined:
The 20 most creative, viral, fun, and Flokish entries will be shortlisted by the marketing team for a DAO vote by Floki Vikings to determine the order of winners.

Rules:
1 - The submission must be an original design without the use of copyrighted material.
2 - The submission must not insinuate any price action.
3 - Must Be Real-World Focused - This is a guerrilla marketing competition. Purely digital submissions (e.g., social media posts or memes) will not qualify unless they clearly show real-world execution or impact.
4 - The marketing activity must not endanger the health or safety of the participants or others involved in the activity.
5 - The marketing activity must not be offensive or harmful in any way, including but not limited to promoting hate speech, profanity, racism, sexism, violence or anything considered poor taste.
6 - The winners will be announced publicly, and their names and marketing activity may be used for promotional purposes by Floki.
7 - To ensure fairness, each participant is allowed only one entry. Multiple entries by the same individual, whether submitted through different accounts, wallet addresses, or aliases, are strictly prohibited.
8 - Entries from previous FlokiUltras contests are not allowed and will be automatically disqualified
9 - Entries must be submitted before the competition deadline.
10 - Entries must be submitted in the Floki & TokenFi community on X and participants must be members to qualify.
11 - By participating in the competition, the participants agree to be bound by these rules and any decisions made by Floki.
12 - If your submission is selected, please note that Floki will have full rights to utilize this in any way it deems fit. As such, you forfeit any rights to the submitted submission along with any remuneration that is witnessed in perpetuity.
13 - Contestants under the age of 18 will require parental consent to participate in the contest.
14 - Floki reserves the right to disqualify any participant or entry that violates the spirit or letter of the competition rules, at its sole discretion.
15 - All entries must use the official Floki branding and assets. You can find Floki Logos here: https://t.co/HzlgwsIY9Y - Submissions that use outdated, distorted, or unapproved branding may be disqualified.
16 - Floki team members are not allowed to participate or submit entries. This includes anyone with insider access, involvement in judging, or influence over the outcome.
17 - Do not spam entries across Floki Telegram channels. Posting the same entry in multiple groups or flooding the chat will result in a warning or disqualification.
