“Follow my Sunnah”
“The Prophet ﷺ did not celebrate his birth, nor did he guide towards it. None of his Companions — the best and most beloved people to the Prophet ﷺ — celebrated it, nor did the Tabi‘een (the generation after the Companions), nor those who followed them with excellence in the favored centuries. Therefore, it is known to be an innovation (bid‘ah).”
— Ibn Baz (may Allah have mercy on him)
Khateeb of Masjid Al-Haram, Sheikh Dr. Saleh bin Humaid:
“People become preoccupied with knowing the unseen and the future, to the extent that they turn to soothsayers and horoscopes, thereby going astray and leading others astray.”
Khateeb of Masjid Al-Haram, Sheikh Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Sudais:
“The best counsel is to be mindful of Allah in private and in public. It is light, mercy, and forgiveness.”
