In college, during advanced mathematics classes, when we try to build a proof of something, we care about testing different hypotheses. One of them is the question of uniqueness. e.g, given an element x in some set X, is x unique? Now, is Epstein Island unique, or are there more?
I'm captivated with this kind of scenes. To me, this is one of the heaviest scenes in House M.D. They built the entire season around House getting better, detaching from his bad habits, trying to be worthy of a different life.

So he goes and relapse to Vicodin addiction again not for the pleasure but to mute the pain and feel sense of control. Maybe House thinks this is how he would revenge on the idea of good itself.

PERECT!, but i had an issue with Julianne Moore i used to think Jodie Foster would have done better because she is the true agent Clarice, but now i like Moore and i think she did great!
I used to struggle to digest this scene. Everything was perfect to me Hans Zimmer's music, Anthony Hopkins horrific acting and that fucking plot where Hannibal cuts off his own hand just because his adimration and love for her was beyond normal.
