Worst travelling experience with @airsial. Our 10pm flight to Khi from Isb was cancelled due to fault in aircraft. We were offloaded from@plane at 11 30 pm. Airsial crew has no@idea how to handle the situation after numerous quarrel among passengers and staff they sent locals

@airsial Yesterday flight cancellation was understandable. Machines can malfunction and engineer took the right call. Safety must never be compromised.
Really appreciate the efforts by your ground team who tried their best with patience
