Hey @JioCare I have realised that monthly recharge has better support than annual pack. My jio broadband is down since 48 hrs / 3 service calls rescheduled without information and there’s no way to talk to your call centre. Looks like it’s time to switch.

@JioCare I don’t see a tab or link to apply for disconnection in your app. As per consumer rights I should be given an option to disconnect and claim refund for non-utilised amount due to short service delivery @jagograhakjago
