I called up at 1 am today One of your CCE informed me Airtel internet is down pan India till 6 am in the morning. I was requesting him to register my complaint, he didn’t not & said tools are also down. It got resumed in 2 hrs. Pathetic service

I have applied for duplicate R.C online on https://t.co/0FQd2ADkEg required docs again n again but it shows Hold reason E-kyc of owner it required. Ekyc done 3 times tried to reach [email protected] and ph 011 23994223 no response been months
