@BasketAnvi is the only app which delivers to my locality where a lot of old and retired people live for whom it is not safe to go out during the #CoronavirusOutbreak They already charge Rs100 for delivery so why are they inflating price above MRP?

It took me 3 days of talking to some 10 different executives in order to convince them to get my refund. It was processed on 21st March as well, but I am yet to receive the amount. Also phone reps are extremely rude as well. @IndiGo6E

@IndiGo6E So this is the service I’m being provided for being a loyal customer. This has happened twice now and it’s a very bad way to treat a customer. Giving reason of coronavirus for leaving the chat when the agent has asked to wait till they fetch the details is unacceptable.
