@WakefitCo When will your official working days be completed? The carpenter visited for the second time on 8 May and ordered the required parts. However, till date, there has been no update regarding the repair of the bed or the expected completion date. Once again same killing time tactics
@WakefitCo There is still no update regarding d spare parts required to make my bed fully functional. It has already been 17 days since the installation of the bed, but till date I hv not received any confirmation about when the pending parts will be fitted. Too horrible, don’t buy fm them
@WakefitCo Bed was finally delivered & assembled on 28 Apr after a delay of 20 days from d promised delivery date. But d issue still continues , the buffer required 4 proper assembling bed is missing. Carpenter raised the issue but 12 days over issue not yet resolved. Extremely unhappy

@WakefitCo As per ur last chat, email, & telephonic conversation, I was informed to wait until 21 Apr and that d order would be docketed by then. As per my understanding, this means the order will be dispatched & delivered to me on or around 21st Apr .beyond this date will not be acceptable

It’s been 14+ days and my microwave is still not repaired after parts were diagnosed defective. This is an essential appliance for daily life, and ur constant delays are unacceptable.

AMC purchased 4 microwave via Flipkart (Jeeves). Complaint logged, technician visited on 3 Apr & confirmed defective parts. Since 11 Apr, dates are repeatedly extended with NO repair done.
How long should a customer wait? Completely unacceptable service. 😡

I ordered a @urbancompany_UC Native M2 Pro water purifier from Amazon, which was delivered on 21st March. The installation was clearly promised by 22nd March, and my old RO unit was also taken away as part of the exchange.
This delay is completely unacceptable as I currently have no access to drinking water at home due to the exchange of my old unit. This is an essential service, and such negligence is highly disappointing.
