The Kelly Criterion is a mathematical formula that tells you exactly what % of your capital to bet on each trade based on your edge.

So based on Kelly Criterion you're expected to risk 46% of your account.

But professional traders don't use Full Kelly, they use Half Kelly or Quarter Kelly.

Half Kelly: 23.33% (for aggressive traders)
Quarter Kelly: 11.67% (for professional traders)
