As part of Mukti’s Foundation Day observance, the Livelihood Vertical marked the occasion on 18 March at Kankandighi (SWAS 2.0 & MCDF), with 42 participants sharing experiences on community-led livelihoods.

50 farmers joined Dr. Krishnendu Acharya & Univ. of Calcutta officials at Mukti Bio-Village.

A new biogas plant at Mukti Bio-Village is helping 15 farmers cook with clean energy. Installed in Dec 2025, it turns farm waste into fuel—reducing pollution, improving kitchen health, and supporting climate-friendly living.
