1). when customer is ready to pay difference and you're not accepting money 2). also leaving customer dissatisfied, 3). I get to see only one ticket type while booking... so how will I ever know? Pretty archaic system... think b4 you say NO to customer

@ICICIBank_Care why would you send unsolicited coral card with savings acc opening & charge me 600 bucks...even when I had accepted the starters kit with a debit card included? Pls take it back & reverse my charges... sheer miss-selling.
