Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences Faridabad became the first hospital in North India to perform a Hand Transplant. The patient narrates his story in a video (shot with the patient's consent and he consented to share it on social media)

Within a week of this hand transplant, the team successfully performed a bilateral Upper Arm Transplant on a young patient who had both his hands and one leg amputated in an accident a few years back. This patient is doing well and will soon be ready for hospital discharge

At Amrita Hospital, we recently did this complicated case in which a Neurofibroma had crossed the midline of the neck, compressing the esophagus and trachea. The bone of the C1 and C2 vertebrae was eroded, and the tumor was abutting the spinal cord. #medicine #amritahospital

@drm_dli Yes, the matter referred to was for the pick-and-drop facility only. It took me 30min to get out of that. Significant traffic congestion is aggravated by the boom barriers at the exit. Traffic is also slow at the exit as vehicles can't move out due to encroachment by vendors

@drm_dli unreasonably short drop time at NDLS Ajmeri Gate. Took me 30min to get out due to traffic chaos, boom barrier delay and road space encroachment by vendors. Seems done on purpose so that parking vendor can make profits
