@trafficchd why are emergency lanes blocked and no challans? An ambulance was stuck for 5 mins on transport lights just now even though we have dedicated lanes.

Is it fair to charge parking fee for just pick and drop?
Parking fee should be applicable if the vehicle is to be parked, just for dropping someone at a shop, why is parking fee being charged?

@SwiggyCares It could be delivered in 2 hours also, response would have still been same, โits deliveredโ. It is not a yes/no thing, service is the key for you guys, if the customer has to call and ask why the order is stuck for 20 mins, that tells a lot about the operational efficiency
@SwiggyCares If you guys can answer why it took 30 mins to even figure out that you need to fix a problem with the order, that would be the only acceptable resolution.
Meanwhile, i will cancel the swiggy one and move to @zomato@zomatocare for now.
@SwiggyCares You guys are getting worse every month, delivery guy said he told the team there is an issue with the order, after that its been 20 mins of me being on call with support team to finally get a new delivery guy assigned.
