@Esjehi @AhmedMahloof @ibusolih Sri Lanka still has cigarettes and a thriving underground marketplace. I don’t want the state to tell me if I can smoke or not. But public health messaging and services for people to stop smoking should be prioritised. Maybe earmark some of that tax money for it!
