In 5, 6, 7 years we as women are going to have the sudden realization that we are lonely, and alone, and lost. This isn't some tribute to the patriarchy, or talk of submissiveness, but a case of OVERREACHING.

Listen here. What percentage of Uganda is wealthy? How many men in your life - including your father, your brothers, your male friends - are earning high incomes, own substantial assets, and monetarily living very comfortably? Chances are, you don't know many. And some of us don't even know anyone like that.

So, how stupid have we become to expect that of someone we are dating who is just another struggling guy, in this country, same as your brother and father?

Yesterday my girls and I had a heart-to-heart and we realized something. Many of us women actually do not want much. We just want to have enough, and share that with a man that loves us and that we love back. But these social media whores and TV cougars have taken hostage of what we are apparently supposed to like, and who we should date, and who we should be seen with.

And that's BS. Woman-to-woman, girl, yes you might want the best things in life. But what makes them the best things in life is because few ever get to have them. And we are many. And that means it's a game of chance. You are probably an ordinary girl that is going to end up with an ordinary boy. And it's okay. You're going to be happy with him.

These whores are crowding the airwaves now not because they are happy and want to tell us how happy they are. But because even with everything they've got, it is not enough. It does not fill that dark empty space. Money can buy happiness . But it cannot buy joy. And so now they want to fill that void with attention.

You are allowed to want what you want. But girl, have the discernment to realize when to not buy the drugs other people sell you. Happy people are quiet people. They've got nothing to prove. These bitches aren't that.
