Vegan patties with a side of salad and couscous at @quaycoop. Good stuff. It was a little disconcerting though that the servers weren’t sure which sides were #vegan. Perhaps label the dishes?

.@Forster_Court was a convenient base for our stay in Galway since we took the buses at New Coach Station often. There was construction but it didn’t bother us much except for a slight waft of paint. The view was pretty nice too! @VisitGalwayCity @galwaytourism #Galway
