@SamaHoole@saifedean I've seen this first hand. My wife spent 9 months in hospital after a very severe TBI. Rather than provide food rich in DHA and EPA fatty acids she received the same (generally low nutrient) food everyone else does. Her nutritionist main focus was weight maintenance. Crazy.
@JustEatUK delivered a total strangers order to my door and sent mine into the abyss. Chat supports response? Couldn't care less. My stomach deserves better than this.... π¬
Georgina's amazing family of #HeadwayHeroes signed up for the Shakespeare Half Marathon in Stratford before she'd even left hospital following a severe brain injury. Read her story of the moments leading up to the brain injury and her journey of recovery:

Doing this to support a mate of mine, Stu who was doing marathon charity row today.
Initially was aiming for a sub 2:00 split however part way I made peace with going over this if necessary. With a push at the end, just managed to pull it back. Phew!

@bucksvizzy@TUIUK I am really sorry to hear this and I send best wishes to you all.
I can only say that when my now wife was hospitalised in a coma, TUI were amazing - they kindly cancelled our holiday and provided a voucher for the full value allowing us to book a holiday two years later.
Been a while since I have done a 5k, decided to try and hold 30spm but lungs had different ideas 1500m in. More work to do but pretty happy with the result though.
