I swear @GoodMemoriesDMD you've pissed me off like never before. I'm not giving a single piece of feedback here. Bc I understand exactly HOW this works & bc NOT ONE of these surveys (I can count at least three) has ever solved a single thing.
Do you genuinely think fans are that stupid, khun? Or do you just assume everyone's memory resets every time you post another 'help us improve' survey?
This isn't a feedback survey. It's corporate theatre. A PR prop. A cheap way to manufacture the illusion that you give a damn while changing absolutely nothing.
You've been collecting feedback for YEARS. If nothing has systematically changed after all this time, then you don't have an information problem. You have a management problem. A LEADERSHIP problem. A competence problem. You already know exactly what's broken, you just don't care enough to fix it. It's the oldest trick: collect feedback, ignore it, then hide behind 'we listened to the fans' when nothing changes. That's exactly what you'll do. Just like you've done every single time before.
Btw not a single your promise made to this point has been kept. The bias is still there. The bots are still there. The paid promotions for whoever benefits you at any given moment -- still there. The haters go unpunished. The merch quality is exactly as shitty as it's always been. Literally nothing has improved except your ability to pretend you're listening.
And soon you want to introduce... what? A znn membership? Another way to squeeze even more money out of a fandom you've spent years taking for granted?
Phuwanet keeps acting like an immature teenager looking for attention & you keep enabling it. At this point, that's not his failure -- it's yours. Every time you refuse to hold him accountable, you're telling everyone this behaviour is acceptable 🫴
The rest of the staff can't even manage the bare minimum expected of them, including smth as basic as running a HEL acc.
These aren't isolated mistakes. This is systemic, long-standing incompetence.
Fans have spent years contributing unpaid emotional labour e.g. translating, promoting, trending, defending your artists & paid labour e.g. buying merch, voting, attending events, keeping this company relevant etc. And after treating all that effort like disposable labour, you have the nerve to ask for more feedback? That's insulting 🤷♀️
Feedback without consequences isn't dialogue. It's a performance. And reasonable fans are tired of being extras in your little show.
Maybe stop hiring friends & start hiring professionals? A PR team that knows how to contain a crisis instead of creating one. An HR department that's actually willing to fire incompetent employees instead of letting artists publicly shame & humiliate the fandom just to cover for their incompetent 'besties'. Or better yet, one that doesn't force artists into the position of cleaning up management's messes & defending employees who should have been held accountable in the first place. Producers who know how to build careers instead of leaving artists like Nat practically begging fans to buy smth. Community managers who actually read feedback & act on it instead of filing it away for optics.
But as long as you'd rather spend money on villas than on building a real office with a real professional team (as long as some of your artists keep starring in flops while steadily losing their audience) -- even the best specialists in the industry won't be able to save this company.
The truth is no consultant, no PR, no HR, no producer can fix a company whose leadership has no interest in changing.
You're not failing bc talent is hard to find. You're failing bc mediocrity has become your standard & you've convinced yourselves that's good enough. Bc at this point every ignored complaint, every broken promise, every repeated mistake & every preventable scandal is not an accident. It's YOUR choice. YOU chose this system. YOU allowed this issues to exist.
Be so kind & stop asking us to explain the same problems over & over again just so you can pretend you're working on them.
We're not your focus group. We're not your unpaid crisis management team. We're not here to repeatedly point out problems you have NO REAL INTENTION of fixing.
The issue was never that you didn't know.
The issue is that you didn't care enough to change 🫴
中国vava态度如下 我们也十分痛恨这个群体并且建立了反黑群 也坚决抵制这种行为
China VAVA's attitude is as follows: we also deeply detest this group and have established an anti-hacker group. We resolutely resist such behavior

I’ve taken the time to better understand the meaning and importance of this hand signal.
I sincerely apologize for using it without knowing its true significance. At the time, I didn’t realize what it represented or how important it is to those who may need it.
I’ve since learned that even without intending any harm, using this symbol without understanding its meaning could cause misunderstanding and take away from the seriousness of what it represents. I’m truly sorry to everyone who was hurt, disappointed, or concerned by my actions.
Thank you to everyone who took the time to share information and educate me. Your messages have helped me better understand this issue, and I’ll carry this lesson with me. From now on, I’ll be much more careful and make sure I fully understand the meaning and context behind what I share or use.
I also hope more people become aware of this hand signal and its purpose, so it can continue to help those who truly need it. 🙏🏻
