Check out several photos from Arkansas' 20-10 win over Texas A&M on Saturday from Arlington #wps#arkansas#razorbacks (FREE): https://t.co/oB8SsvLuip
It took more than five months for Arkansas COVID deaths to increase from 5,000 (Feb. 4) to 6,000 (July 19). It took six weeks to kill another 1,000. And virtually all of the last thousand deaths were avoidable, as were many between February and July.
Thanks @John_Pijanowski for posting this powerful video from @DanyelleSargent about race, masks, and education. Would do many leaders well to watch it. @RazorbackMBB is so fortunate to have the Musselman’s leading in so many ways.

@AngieMaxwell1@ArkansasBlog In case any school officials are feeling heroic, there’s nothing in ACT 1002 (the ban on mask mandates) that allows anyone to enforce the law. The way I see it, Leslie Rutledge would have to file a lawsuit to enjoin a school official’s mask mandate. Good luck with that, Leslie.
This is my granddaughter, Caia, she is in PICU Children’s Hospital Little Rock AR. This is the reason Gov Hutchinson and the Republicans are so wrong in dropping mask requirements. AR has 40% vaccine rates. Red states don’t vaccinate children are dying as a result. Please pray!
It’s all good. #Arleg prohibited mask mandates, vaccine passports, emergency powers of Governor to respond, tried to restore fines to businesses that ignored rules, insisted HDQ be used for treatments. Oh and several sued the health department for overreach. What could go wrong?
You can’t turn on TV w/out seeing Flo, Gecko, the State Farm guy, the Allstate singing hood ornament or the Liberty Mutual “only pay for what you need” idiot. The multi-billion $ GREEDY insurance co’s are spending billions trying to convince you they’re not. It’s horse shit.
Stand against SB 666. https://t.co/BWRjBJH96g
This bill would make it so that it is the injured person who suffers, fights through a trial, and then is further injured by their own insurance company. We cannot sit back and say nothing to stop it. Speak out now.
SB666 gives a lien against your recovery to the insurance company. When a 3rd party is at fault, they should pay. And they should pay average Arkansas citizens first. The insurance company needs to be 2nd in line.
Ask your reps to put AR families 1st NOW

@ArkansasBlog@ArkTimes Good morning. @ARGOP. Hope you’re paying attention to the news today. Was it worth pissing off countless Razorback fans just to prove to your like-minded colleagues that you hate transgender people?
