If only many more countries would follow! โThe G7 committing to end public finance for fossil fuels and shift it to clean [energy] is a massive win." G7 countries to stop funding fossil fuel development overseas. #ClimateEmergency#EndFossilFuels https://t.co/ilF6gHphZG

โป๏ธ15% recycled
๐22% sent abroad
๐ฅ41% burnt
โฐ๏ธ22% sent to landfill
This is shocking, right?! @Jochurchill_MP@pow_rebecca

Tobias Ellwood, vocal critic of the PM, tells @KayBurley says his party is on track to lose next election.

@GeorgeMonbiot I was sanguine about the role of the Queen until the prorogation crisis...then I wondered what was the point in a head of state who will sign anything put in front of them? This made me start to sympathise with moving to presidential model (e.g like the republic of Ireland)
I have nothing against the Queen. I think she's quite impressive, keeping her cool amid so many maelstroms. But I despair of the fuss we make of her. Pomp and pageantry are the enemies of reason. They impede progress towards a fairer society.
